Terms of Service — CCVSP Player for Roku

1. Acceptance. By installing or using CCVSP Player ("the app") on a Roku device you agree to these terms. They are published by CCVSP (camcast.studio).
2. The service. The app displays content that the screen owner schedules through the CCVSP, and reports what it played back to that owner. Without pairing, it can only show a public sample playlist.
3. Screen owners' content. Screen owners are solely responsible for the content they display. That content must be lawful, and the owner must hold the rights to show it in public. We may remove content or suspend screens that break this rule.
4. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, interfere with the service, or use it to break any law or anyone's rights.
5. Accounts and fees. The app is free to install. Any fees for the CCVSP video platform are agreed separately with the screen owner. No payments are taken in the app.
6. Third-party content. Rights holders can report concerns to info@eligapris.com. We act promptly on valid reports.
7. No warranty. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted playback or availability.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
